This afternoon, talented young voices took to the stage in one of Perform in Perth’s most popular competitions, celebrating the rich tradition of Scots Poems, verse speaking, Burns Poetry, and the works of Perth’s own William Soutar.
Our 11-12-year-old competitors delivered powerful and heartfelt performances, bringing Scotland’s literary heritage to life with skill and passion. A highlight of the event was Class 421, where the prestigious William Soutar Tassie was awarded to the top performer.
