      CURRENT FESTIVAL

The 2008 Festival is now over, culminating in a highly successful final night, featuring the Gold and Silver vocal medal classes, won by Irene McFarlane and Laura Jane Rintoul respectively, and the Premier Instrumental class, won by Joe Norris, alto saxophone.  The evening was rounded off by a concert of selected highlights from the fortnight of events.
